Travels reserve the right for any refund/cancellation of the
amount requested by the customer. Once we are in agreement with our other
parties for payments for a service, we have to follow their refund and
cancellation guidelines and as such will follow flexible guidelines at the sole
discretion of Tour Travels.
In case of the online payment cancellations done against the
bookings made using the Credit card, the refund amount after deducting the
cancellation charges as applicable will be credited back to the same credit
card used while booking within 4 to 5 working days from the date of
cancellation and if it was through Net banking then the refund amount will be
credited back to the same bank account within 10-15 working days. Further, all
refund/cancellation amounts will be undertaken as follows:
1) If there is a No Show (customer not showing up for the tour
package he/she bought through Tour Travels website), then the customer is not
entitled for any refund (0% refund).
2) If there is cancellation of tour package 3 days or less
before commencement of tour, we will refund 70% – 90% of the paid amount
depending on settlement with the service providers.
3) If there is cancellation of tour package 4 days or more
before commencement of tour, we will refund 70% – 100% of the paid amount
depending on settlement with the service providers.
